There is no fee for initial sign up with a one-year commitment- $50.00 early cancellation fee applies. Receive a 10% discount on purchases throughout the year, buy-one-get-one-free wine tasting flight and exclusive access to early releases and limited inventory. Membership in the Heritage Wine Club entails a commitment to purchase a quarterly wine club package, which includes four bottles of select vintner's choice wines at a discounted price of $95.00 (includes tax). It also includes an exclusive wine club member only event the first Friday of every quarter.

➢ I am an adult of 21 years of age or older. I have read and understand the terms of
membership.
➢ I authorize Robin Hill Farm & Vineyards LLC to automatically charge my credit card listed on
file on each quarterly (December, March, June, September) release date for the amount of
$95.00 (includes tax) for a selection of 4 bottles of wine chosen by our Winemaker. An email
will be sent to you each quarter notifying your payment has been made and that the wine is
ready for pickup.
➢ Pickup will be held on the first Friday of the month in December, March, June, and
September and will include a member only gathering. If I miss pick up day, I understand that I
can come in anytime during regular winery operating hours to pick up my wine, or may send an
email to the winery at info@robinhillfarmandvineyards.com to schedule an off hours pick up
time if needed.
➢ I understand that my membership is ongoing until I choose to cancel and inform Robin Hill
Farm & Vineyards in writing. In the event of a cancellation: I may cancel with no penalty after
my fourth quarter, but prior to the next pick-up month, by notifying Robin Hill Farm & Vineyards via email at info@robinhillfarmandvineyards.com
➢I understand that if I cancel before the fourth quarterly cycle that there is a $50 early
cancellation fee that will be applied to my credit card.
➢ I understand it is my responsibility to inform Robin Hill Farm & Vineyards of changes to my
contact information and billing information. If my credit card is declined the winery will contact
me via email or phone.
➢ I understand in rare instances pick-up dates may be subject to change (i.e. severe weather)
and I will be notified via email of any changes.
➢ I understand that the buy-one-get-one free wine tasting flight applies only to club members and
is limited to one per visit.
➢ I understand that I receive 10% off all winery purchases all year round as long as I am an
active member, and can access that discount by showing my wine club card or by asking the
tasting room staff to look up the account on the computer.
➢ I understand that my wine club membership and privileges are non-transferable.
➢ Please note that Wine Club and other discounts do not apply to already discounted specials.
